What does Alfaaz cost?

Nothing for the first 9 days. After that, $21 a month, $51 a quarter, or $201 a year for one elder and everyone in their family. The yearly plan works out to $16.75/mo. A second elder is just $7 more a month.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 9-day free trial. You choose a plan and enter card details, so it is a real subscription from the first minute and your parent starts straight away — but nothing is charged until day 10. Cancel before then, in two clicks from your account, and you pay nothing.

Does it renew automatically?

Yes. After the free 9 days, each plan renews at the end of its period until you cancel. Cancel any time, in two clicks. It keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is taken after that.

What if my elder does not reply?

You will know inside the 9-day free trial — the first question can reach them minutes after checkout. Cancel before day 10 and you are never charged. If they are simply having trouble getting started, write to us before the free days are up and we will help.

What happens to the stories if I stop paying?

When the term ends, new conversations stop. Everything already gathered stays yours to read and listen to, for good. Cancelling stops new conversations at the end of the period you paid for; it never closes the archive.

Can I add a second parent later?

Yes, from inside Alfaaz, for just $7 more a month on the monthly plan (just $15 more a quarter, or just $60 more a year). The difference for the rest of the current period is charged when you add them.

Is the one-time launch offer different?

Yes, in exactly one way: it never renews. $51 paid once buys four months of new conversations for one elder, and then it stops. It is a limited introductory offer, not a standing plan.

What if my elder never replies on the launch offer?

If they have not replied within 30 days of the first message reaching them, we refund the full $51. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.
